2. Instant petition has been preferred by the
Narcotics Control Bureau (in short NCB)
challenging the order of learned Special Judge,
(NDPS Act) Dehradun dated 12.03.2026 in Bail
Application No.252 of 2026 Chandar Singh Rawat
@ Chandu & Another vs. NCB arising out of Case
Crime No.01 of 2026 relating to the offences
punishable under Section 8/20, 29/60 of NDPS
Act. By the order impugned, the
accused/respondent has been granted default bail
on the ground that without FSL report, charge
sheet has been filed, therefore, the same is
incomplete charge sheet in terms of Section 173 (2)
of Cr.P.C.
