    UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
    O R D E R

    1. Learned counsel for the respondent-State of Madhya

    Pradesh has fairly stated before this Court that the

    petitioner has been charged for an offence under Section

    406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, for which the maximum

    punishment is 3 years. Learned counsel further stated that

    the petitioner is in jail for almost 01 year and 10 months.

    2. This court, after hearing learned counsel for the

    parties and after going through the record, is of the

    opinion that the application(s) for grant of bail deserve

    to be allowed and are accordingly allowed.

    3. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner(s) be

    enlarged on bail in connection with FIR No. 375 of 2024,

    registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Shivpuri,

    Madhya Pradesh, for the offence punishable under Sections

    409, 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860

    and Section 13(1)(A) of the Prevention of Corruption Act,

    1988, on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the

    concerned Trial Court, subject to the condition that the

    petitioner(s) shall continue to co-operate with the

    trial/investigation.

    4. In SLP (Crl.) No. 10093/2026, petitioner Umesh

    Prajapati has been granted bail, however, he has been

    directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 28,68,265/- (Rupees Twenty

    Eight Lacs, Sixty Eight Thousand and Two Hundred and Sixty

    Five) by the High Court. The condition of depositing the

    abovesaid amout is waived.

    5. The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of in the

    above terms.

    6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand

    disposed of.
