The PSI of Yelahanka P.S. registered the case in
Crime No.254/2021 against the Accused Nos. 1 to 4 for
SPONSORED
the offences punishable U/Sec.420, 120(B) R/w Sec.34 of
IPC and submitted the FIR before the 37th ACMM,
C.C.No. 42692/2024
Bengaluru. After the investigation the I.O submitted the
Charge sheet for the same offences against the Accused
Nos. 1 to 4 to the jurisdictional court i.e., XXXVII ACMM,
Bangalore. Later as per notification No.1/4/2024 Dated:
07.03.2024 passed by the Hon’ble CMM, Banglore the
case transferred to the VIII ACMM, Banglore. Later as
per the orders of the VIII ACJM, Bengaluru dated
07.10.2024 this case transferred to this court, as the
Accused No. 1 is Ex-MLA.
