1. The present appeal is directed against the judgment and
order of sentence passed by the learned Principal District and
Sessions Judge, Nagpur in Sessions Trial No.393/2015 dated
13.10.2020, convicting the present appellant/accused for the
offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian
Penal Code (for short “IPC”). The accused is sentenced to suffer
life imprisonment and fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default to pay the

fine to suffer rigorous imprisonment of six months for the offence
punishable under Section 302 of IPC.
