1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for
quashing the impugned announcement dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P-10), the
rejection order dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure P-11) and the final result dated
05.06.2026 (Annexure P-18) to the extent that the same reject and exclude the
candidature of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Director (Technical)/
Senior Apprenticeship Supervisor/ Principal/ Vice Principal/ Principal
(Footwear)/ Training Officer/ Apprenticeship and Placement Officer (Group-B)
pursuant to advertisement No.15/2024 (Annexure P-1). It is further prayed that
a writ in the nature of mandamus be issued directing the respondents to count
the teaching experience acquired by the petitioner while serving as Lecturer at
Uklana Polytechnic and Engineering College from 01.09.2011 to 31.12.2014,
declare the petitioner eligible under Advertisement No. 15/2024, and thereafter
reassess the petitioner’s candidature after considering the said experience.
