The present revision is directed against the judgment
dated 28.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,
Rampur Bushehar, District Shimla (learned Appellate Court) vide
which the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated
23.04.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class,
Anni, District Kullu, H.P (learned Trial Court) were upheld. (The
