About the Opportunity
Keyloop is looking to hire a Legal Counsel – Sales (Global Markets) to support its global Sales and Professional Services teams. Based in Hyderabad, the selected candidate will work closely with colleagues and customers in the UK and other international markets, advising on enterprise sales, technology contracts, data protection, and cross-border commercial transactions.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India or possess an equivalent recognised legal qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of English and Welsh contract law and international commercial contracting.
- Possess experience in the legal workstream for B2B software or technology transactions, from RFP stage through contract execution.
- Have working knowledge of:
- UK contract law;
- Data protection and privacy laws relevant to technology and SaaS contracting;
- International commercial contracts.
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Note: Keyloop has stated that academic qualifications are not mandatory for this role, and candidates will be assessed primarily on experience and potential.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating enterprise sales agreements with global automotive customers.
- Supporting commercial negotiations with international automotive manufacturers, dealer groups, and national sales companies.
- Reviewing and negotiating variations to standard customer terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintaining and updating contract templates, playbooks, Statements of Work (SOWs), and internal legal guidance.
- Advising on technology contracts, SaaS agreements, IT law, and data protection issues.
- Supporting governance relating to Professional Services during the sales lifecycle.
- Responding to legal queries from commercial and business teams across global markets.
- Coordinating with external counsel in different jurisdictions on local law and dispute-related matters.
