Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Prime Hire Inc., Kanpur for the year 2026. Are you pursuing or have completed BA LLB, LLB, BBA LLB, LLM, or any law-related degree? Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Prior internships in general corporate advisory / corporate law teams
(v) Experience with law firms or in-house legal teams preferred
(vi) Candidates demonstrating a genuine interest in corporate, commercial, regulatory, or government contracting matters.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and legal briefs.
Duration : Minimum 3 Months
