1. The petition is for the following reliefs:
“a) Pass an order for quashing the F.I.R. No. 483 of 2023,U|s
498A/409/34 I.P.C., P.S- Subhash Place and proceeding EMANATING
therefrom pending before the Ld. Trial court of Ms. DIVYA SINGH,
JMFC, ROHINI COURT, DELHI.,”

registered at PS Subhash Place, under Sections 498A/409/34 of the the
