1. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.0141 dated 03.10.2023 under
Sections 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 Indian Penal Code, Police Station Sadar
Dhuri, District Sangrur and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on
the basis of compromise dated 21.02.2026. Sections 325 and 201 IPC was
added in the FIR during investigation.
2. On 27.03.2026 and 25.05.2026 this Court directed the parties to
appear before learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their
statements on the basis of compromise.
3. In compliance of the aforesaid order, parties appeared before
learned JMIC, Dhuri on 03.06.2026. Statement of Investigating Officer SI
Tarsem Singh was also recorded on 03.06.2026. Learned JMIC, Dhuri has
submitted his report recording satisfaction that all the parties have entered
CRM-M-16760-2026 (O&M) -2-
into a valid compromise without any influence or coercion. Point-wise report
