1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing
of the proceedings of Case No. AC-2374 of 2021 under Sections
138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before
the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore
and all orders passed therein.
2. The petitioner’s case in short is that the present revisional
application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 has been preferred challenging the proceeding of Complaint
2026:CHC-AS:999
Case No. AC-2374 of 2021 under Sections 138 and 141 of the
Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending before the Learned
Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Alipore.
