1. The petitioner has been convicted for offences
under Sections 302/324/34 IPC which has been affirmed
SPONSORED
by the High Court vide impugned order dated 08.06.2026.
2. In such circumstances, we reject the application
Reason: seeking exemption from surrendering pursuant to the
order of the High Court.
3. The petitioner shall surrender before the
concerned Court within four weeks from today.
4. List this matter on 18.08.2026.
5. In the meantime, surrender certificate shall be
filed.
