About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for experienced legal professionals with a strong background in Real Estate Due Diligence and property transactions. This role involves handling title due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and advising clients on real estate matters.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Due Diligence and documentation.
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of property laws, registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA, and IBC provisions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct title due diligence and prepare reports for real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and vet transaction documents, including sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Review land records, encumbrance certificates, and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate independently with clients and local counsels.
