In view of the nature of offence, issue notice on respondent no.2, which is
made returnable on 27.07.2026.
The petitioner shall take steps in course of the day for service of
notice on respondent no.2. The Registry on receipt of the requisite shall hand it
over to the Office of the Public Prosecutor, Assam for service on respondent
no.2 through the jurisdictional Police Station.
The Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station shall ensure return of
the service report through the Office of the Public Prosecutor, Assam.
