About the Job
Balaji Telefilms Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive – Litigation to support its litigation practice. The role is intended for candidates with a strong litigation background who have gained post-qualification experience in law firms. Candidates with a mixed litigation and corporate practice will not be considered.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in pure litigation with a law firm.
- Mandatory experience in litigation-focused practice.
- Hands-on exposure to court proceedings, including attending hearings and assisting senior advocates.
- Experience in drafting, filing, and coordinating litigation-related documentation.
- Experience in media and entertainment litigation will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Attend court proceedings and assist senior advocates.
- Draft, file, and coordinate litigation-related documentation.
- Liaise with advocates, courts, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the firm’s litigation matters and related legal processes.
Mode
Work from office (Monday to Saturday).
Location
Mumbai.
