V. Narasingh, J. Heard learned counsel for the
Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
1. This Criminal Revision has been filed
assailing the judgment dated 30.08.2003 passed by
the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Talcher, in
Criminal Appeal No. 02 of 2003, whereby the
learned appellate court, while affirming the
judgment of conviction dated 10.01.2003 passed by
the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Talcher in
S.T. Case No.27 of 2002/44 (A) of 2000 qua the
Petitioner, sentencing him to undergo Rigorous
Imprisonment for a period of seven years under
Section 304(B) of IPC and Rigorous Imprisonment
for a period of two years with fine of Rs.500/- and
Rigorous Imprisonment for one month each under
Section 498(A) of IPC.
