1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of
the BNSS 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail in case FIR No.113 dated
26.6.2016 registered under Sections 307, 341, 427, 148, 149 and 120-B IPC and
Sections 25,27,54,59 of arms Act (Sections 109, 127(2), 324(4), 191(3), 190
and 61(2) of BNS), at P.S. Sadar Ludhiana, Distt. Ludhiana (Annexure P-1).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that, initially the
petitioner was not named in the FIR and the FIR was lodged only against
Manvir Singh @ Mani and Satbir Singh and five-six unknown persons.
However, the petitioner was arrested in the present case. He further submits that
the petitioner was granted the concession of bail by this Court on 4th May 2017,
