    415(2) read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
    2023 (hereinafter, ‘BNSS’) challenging the impugned judgment dated 16th
    March, 2026 and the order on sentence dated 24th March, 2026 passed by the
    ld. ASJ (SC-RC)-01, East, Karkardooma Courts Delhi in Sessions Case No.
    61/2021 arising out of FIR No. 457/2020 registered at P.S. Mayur Vihar for
    offences punishable under Sections 354/354(B)/354(C)/376 of the Indian
    Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter, ‘IPC’)
