1. By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondent
Nos. 4 to 6 to defreeze and remove the lien mark/attachment of the bank
account of the petitioner bearing No. 441205500076, maintained by the
petitioner in the name of its sole propriety namely M/S Ala Rasi
Enterprises, maintained with respondent-bank.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier
filed WP(C) No. 114/2026, titled “Aahil Bhat v. Union Territory of J&K
& Ors.”, wherein, on the statement made by the learned counsel
appearing for the respondent-bank, this Court, by order dated 21.05.2026,
directed that the petitioner’s bank account be defreezed.
