1. By this petition, petitioners herein have invoked jurisdiction of this court
under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 115 of
Code of Civil Procedure, thereby, challenging order dated 13.02.2026,
passed by learned Principal District Judge Budgam, in the execution
petition, whereby application filed by the respondents under Section 47
and 151 of CPC, read with Order XXI Rule 101 of CPC in case titled
„Haji Mohammad Shaban Ganie and Anr. v. Nazir Ahmad Zargar and
Anr.‟ has been rejected.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 states that respondent Nos. 1 to
3 do not want to file reply in the instant petition. His statement is taken on
record.
