Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on cross-border M&A and commercial transactions
• Working on matters involving AI, Web3, fintech, digital assets, tokenisation, and emerging technologies
• Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial legal documents
• Understanding business operations and providing practical legal solutions
• Handling complex corporate legal matters with analytical and commercial insight
Eligibility & Preference:
• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Commercial understanding and business-oriented approach
• Curiosity and ability to work on technology-driven legal issues
• Candidates with primarily litigation experience are not eligible
• Applicants must clear a language proficiency and legal knowledge assessment
