3. Till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest, the
petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail subject to the
satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer in connection
with FIR No.05 dated 08.12.2021 registered at Police station ACB,
Rohtak, District – State Vigilance & Anti-Corruption Bureau,
Haryana for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 167, 218,
420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
