    The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts recruitment for various public sector banks in India through a Common Recruitment Process (CRP). Selected candidates may be provisionally allotted to participating banks across India based on merit, preference, and vacancy position.

    Recruitment will be conducted for the following participating public sector banks:

    • Canara Bank
    • Central Bank of India
    • Indian Bank
    • Indian Overseas Bank
    • Punjab National Bank
    • Punjab & Sind Bank
    • UCO Bank
    • Union Bank of India

    Eligibility Criteria

    Applicants must:

    • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
    • Be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
    • Be between 20 and 30 years of age (as prescribed in the notification).

    Salary

    Selected candidates will be appointed in the Scale I pay scale:

    ₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – ₹85,920

    In addition to the basic pay, officers will be entitled to allowances and other benefits as per the rules of the respective participating bank.

    • Online Preliminary Examination
    • Online Main Examination
    • Interview
    • Provisional Allotment
