About the Job
Kontract Genie Legal is hiring a Legal Associate Trainee to support its corporate law, contracts, investments, and real estate practice. The selected candidate will work directly with the firm’s founders on a range of legal matters across multiple industries.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be law graduates.
- Have 0–1 year of experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts.
- Assist in corporate and investment transactions, including private equity, venture capital, and startup deals.
- Support real estate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence.
