    1. This is an application seeking leave of this Court to treat the instant

    Civil Revision application inadvertently filed under Article 227, to be

    SPONSORED

    treated as a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.

    2. Mr. S.Goenka, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no

    objection to the application.

    3. Perused the application.

    4. This Court is satisfied with the grounds set out.

    5. Accordingly, the instant Civil Revision Petition will be converted into

    a writ petition under Article 226.

    6. Registry to make necessary corrections.
