submitted that the accused person in question in this case has already been
arrested in connection with Tura P.S. Case No. 83 of 2026 under Sections
468/417/418/419/420 IPC of the BNS, 2023. As such, this application has
become infructuous and necessary order may be passed in this regard.
2. Accordingly, as prayed for, this matter is hereby disposed as
infructuous and stands disposed of.
