    Eligibility Criteria

    • Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
    • Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
    • Good English writing and communication skills.
    • Proactive, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality work.
    • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
    • Basic understanding of legal contracts and the ability to comprehend and analyse their contents.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, rules, and judgments.
    • Assist in due diligence for property, company, banking, and corporate matters.
    • Draft legal notices, affidavits, agreements, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions.
    • Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with senior advocates.
    • Organise and maintain case files and legal documentation.
    • Assist in drafting contracts, lease deeds, partnership deeds, and other agreements.
    • Prepare and submit daily activity and progress reports.
