The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the
respondents in appointing and continuing the petitioners on
contract basis through different agencies from time to time
though the petitioners have been working since long time and
have been fully eligible and qualified to be appointed as
regular DTP Operators, and not paying the petitioners wages
in the minimum time scale attached to their post and action of
the respondents in trying to discontinue the petitioners as
illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the well settled principles of
natural justice.”
