About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Assessment Internship 2026 at Dhanya Mallar, Bengaluru. They invite applications from fifth-year law students for a paid internship with our practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Genuine passion for intellectual property law and a desire to deepen knowledge in this area.
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Demonstrate strong legal research, drafting, advocacy, and case-management skills
(vi) Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
(vii) Possess the ability to independently appear before courts and handle legal matters with confidence
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, rules, and judgments.
(ii) Help in due diligence work for property, company, banking, or corporate matters.
(iii)Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing analytical notes.
(iv) Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with seniors.
(v) Attending court proceedings before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and District Courts.
(vi) Assist with drafting contracts, lease deeds, partnership deeds, and other agreements.
(vii) Assisting with file management, documentation, and case preparation for arbitration.
