Cosmetics Act, 1940 read with Rules of 1945 made
there under, and pending before the Court of
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No.4, Jaipur
Metro, Jaipur as Criminal Complaint Case No.31/2018
titled as State Vs. Avdhesh Kumar, wherein the
cognizance of the offence has already been taken by
the learned Court below by invoking extraordinary
jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
