Job Description:
A litigation office in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate (Female). This opportunity is ideal for female advocates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are looking to build their litigation career with exposure to civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial matters.

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month (Based on suitability and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting legal notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Assisting in civil, criminal, constitutional, and commercial litigation matters
• Appearing before courts and coordinating with clients, court staff, and government authorities
• Managing case files, legal documentation, and procedural compliance
Eligibility & Preference:
• Female candidate with an LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with the Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council
• 0–2 years of litigation or legal practice experience
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of procedural and substantive laws
• Proficiency in MS Word and legal research databases will be an added advantage
• Professional ethics, punctuality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
