1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 262/2020 of Police Station
Sonia Vihar for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that
the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes
with the petitioners.
2. Status report in terms with last order is awaited, so matter has to be
adjourned. On the next date, both sides shall address on the issue mentioned
in paragraph 3 of order dated 03.02.2026.
3. The prosecution shall ensure that the status report comes on record
within four weeks.
