Station submitted charge sheet against accused No.1
to 3 for the offences punishable under Section 20(b),
27(b) of NDPS Act.
2. Prosecution Case: On 02-10-2020 at 9.00
pm near the park, Opposite Anria Palatial Apartment,
5th Main, H.I.G. Colony, within the limits of
Sanjayanagar Police Station, Bengaluru, the accused
No.1 to 2 purchased the ganja from accused No.3 and
also tried to sell ganja to general public in their Car
bearing Registration No.KA-51-MF-2745 under
intoxicated condition.
3. First Information Report: On the receipt of
credible information, CW1/PW1 Sri Balaji, PI, along
with his staff conducted the raid upon accused and
seizure formalities as per Ex.P1 and inventories were
conducted for seized ganja and handed over the case
papers to CW12 Sri Bajaji V.
