This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in
the nature of Writ of mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd
respondent in directing the lands belonging to the petitioners in
extent of Acs. 6.41 cents in Survey No.110/A in
Sowbhagyarayapuram village, Pendurthi Mandal,Visakhapatnam
District to be included in the prohibited properties list and direct
the 4th respondent not to entertain any registrations/transfer of
properties as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, and in
violation of Article 14,19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India
and in violation of provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and
Consequently direct the 2nd respondent to de-notify the lands
belonging to the petitioners in extent of Ac. 6.41 cents in Survey
No.110/A in Sowbhagyarayapuram village, Pendurthi Mandal,
Visakhapatnam District from the prohibitory list under Section
22-A of the Registration Act and pass such other orders….”
