About the Internship :
Draft and Code is inviting applications for a 1-month remote legal internship for final-year law students and recent law graduates.

Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Demonstrated interest in technology law, data protection, and cross-border legal frameworks
(iii) Good command over legal drafting, documentation, and research
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills

Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research on EU and Indian laws, particularly AI regulation, data privacy, and international trade laws
(ii) Drafting and review of commercial and technology contracts
(iii) Exposure to legal tech tools and legal software

Duration : Minimum 1 months
