About the Position
They are hiring a Legal Officer – Non-Litigation (Business Legal) to support our legal and business teams at ART Housing Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting of loan agreements, legal documents, and contracts.
- Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and legal checks for housing loans.
- Ensure compliance with RBI/NHB regulations and internal policies.
- Provide legal support to credit, operations, and business teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist in disbursement-related legal processes.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and vendors as required.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in NBFC/HFC/banking or legal field preferred.
- Knowledge of property laws, mortgage documentation, and legal due diligence.
- Experience in non-litigation / business legal role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Karnal, Haryana.
