    1.          The applicants seek protection of pre-arrest bail in
    
    connection with Crime No.136/2026 registered with Sangamner
    
    Taluka Police Station, District Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable
    
    under Sections 79, 76, 115(5), 118(1), 352, 351(2) r/w 3(5) of
    
    Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 11(1), 12 of Protection of
    
    Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
    
    2.          Perused the F.I.R.
    
    3.          Considering nature of allegations in F.I.R., prima facie,
    
    custodial interrogation of applicants is not necessary.     There are
    
    counter F.I.R.'s in respect of same incident. In that view of matter,
    
    case is made out to grant interim protection to applicants. Hence,
    
    following order:

                                          ORDER
    

    (i) Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 09.06.2026. Learned

    APP waives notice for respondent-State.

    (ii) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicants in connection

    with Crime No.136/2026 registered with Sangamner Taluka Police

    Station, District Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under

    Sections 79, 76, 115(5), 118(1), 352, 351(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya

    Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 11(1), 12 of Protection of Children

    from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, they be released on bail on

    furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand only)

    with one surety in the like amount each, on the following conditions:

    (a) The applicants shall not tamper with prosecution evidence

    in any manner.

    (b) The applicants shall attend concerned police station on

    every Friday between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm.

    (c) The applicants shall cooperate with investigating agency for

    further investigation.
