About Lexstreet Consultants
LexStreet is a premier dual-advisory firm operating at the intersection of corporate law and financial strategy. Founded by the brother-sister duo of Advocate Sristi Nimodia and Chartered Accountant Ayush Nimodia, they provide seamless, end-to-end corporate solutions under one roof.
With offices in Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Guwahati (Assam), LexStreet bridges the gap between elite corporate structuring in India’s financial hub and the rapidly expanding regional markets of the Northeast. Navigating the modern corporate landscape typically requires businesses to coordinate between separate legal counsels and financial advisors.
LexStreet eliminates this operational friction. By combining rigorous legal protection with optimized financial and tax compliance, their firm acts as a singular, trusted destination for A-to-Z business advisory.
