1. The applicants seek protection of pre-arrest bail in
connection with Crime No.7/2026 registered with Parola Police
Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections
118(2), 76, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 296, 61(2), 351(3), 324(4)
and 79 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 37(1)(c) of
Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.
2. Perused the F.I.R.
3. Considering nature of allegations and role attributed
against applicants, case is made out to grant interim protection to
applicant no.1 - Manoj. Hence, following order:
ORDER
(i) Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 09.06.2026. Learned
APP waives notice for respondent-State.

(ii) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicant no.1 – Manoj in
connection with Crime No.7/2026 registered with Parola Police
Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections
118(2), 76, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 296, 61(2), 351(3), 324(4)
and 79 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 37(1)(c) of
Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, he be released on bail on furnishing
P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand only) with one
surety in the like amount, on the following conditions:
(a) The applicant no.1 – Manoj shall not tamper with
prosecution evidence in any manner.
(b) The applicant no.1 – Manoj shall attend concerned police
station on every Friday between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm.
(c) The applicant no.1 – Manoj shall cooperate with
investigating agency for further investigation.
