Ernst & Young is hiring for the position of Consultant (Tax). The role involves handling matters related to direct corporate tax, tax compliance, litigation, advisory services, and regulatory frameworks including SEBI and FEMA regulations.

Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- An undergraduate degree, preferably with emphasis in Economics, Finance, or Statistics
- CA, CS, or LL.B. qualification
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience
- 0–1 years of post-qualification experience in direct corporate tax for certified CA/CS/LL.B. candidates
- Experience in domestic and/or international tax and transfer pricing
- Experience in litigation, tax compliance, and advisory
- Experience in corporate laws and SEBI/FEMA regulations
Responsibilities
- Research complex tax theories and positions
- Apply tax concepts and positions to specific client requirements
- Handle matters related to domestic and international taxation
- Assist in tax compliance and advisory work
- Support matters involving litigation and regulatory compliance
