Order No.02/21 May, 2026
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
there is no injury report of the Informant, which has also been
noticed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dumka, while rejecting the
prayer of anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead
the Informant as Opposite Party No.2 by red ink in course of the
day in this case.
3. Issue notice to the newly added Opposite Party No.2
under Speed Post with A/D and for which, requisites etc. must be
filed within one week from today, failing which this A.B.A shall
stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
4. Learned APP is directed to produce the neatly typed copy
of the case diary as well as injury report of the injured, if any.
5. Put up this case on 17th June, 2026 and till then no
coercive step will be taken against the petitioner in connection
with Dumka Town P.S. Case No. 38 of 2026, which is pending in
the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka.
