    1. The instant second bail application has been filed under

Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-

    SPONSORED

applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No. 98/2024

    Section 66-D of I.T. Act, 2008.

    2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the

applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police

authorities without any corroborating evidence; and that applicant

is an innocent person. Further, it is submitted that in the present

case, the co-accused has already been enlarged on bail.

    5. Considering the overall facts of the case, and considering

that the matter pertains to a public employment; that

approximately 46 persons have been deprived of public

employment on account of fraudulent certificates wherein the

applicant has been actively involved; that there is no change in

material circumstances, from the passing of the previous bail

dismissal order, but without commenting upon the merits/demerits

of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-

    applicant on bail.

    6. Accordingly, the second bail application under Section 483

    BNSS is dismissed.
