Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to
implead the mother of the Victim Girl – X as
Respondent No. 2 in this case during course of the day
with a “red ink”.
2. Learned A.P.P. is directed to get served the
Notice of this Bail Application upon the Victim girl
through her guardian through the Superintendent of
Police, Garhwa, in light of the judgment of the Hon’ble
Supreme Court in the case of “Nipun Saxena and
another v. Union of India and others” reported in
(2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703 and Notification
No. 23/2023/R&S/JHC dated 20.12.2023 of the
Jharkhand High Court and shall file counter affidavit
with regard to service of Notice on the Victim Girl-X.
3. Call for the legible scanned copy of the Lower
Court Record and neatly typed copy of the Case Diary,
Statement of the Victim girl-X under Section 183 of
B.N.S.S. and medical report of the Victim girl-X from
the learned court below.

4. Put up this case on 11th June, 2026.
5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned
A.P.P. as well as Superintendent of Police, Garhwa for
the needful by Fax.
