About the Internship
Mosaic Wellness is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time role based in Thane. The internship offers exposure to commercial contracting, compliance research, and legal operations.
Eligibility
Candidates applying for the internship should:
- Be enrolled in or have recently completed an LLB programme.
- Possess strong drafting and communication skills.
- Have attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate an interest in corporate and commercial law.
Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and NDAs.
- Supporting regulatory and compliance research.
- Assisting with vendor and partner agreements.
- Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS.
- Conducting ad hoc legal research and preparing notes.
