Applications are invited for the position of Fresher / Junior Advocate to join the litigation practice at Chambers of Adv. Birendra Yadav
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Willingness to learn and grow in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Experience in civil and co-operative matters
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
