1. The instant writ petition is filed by the petitioners with
following prayer:-
"It is therefore, most humbly prayed that your Lordship
may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ
petition and call for and examine entire record of the
case and by an appropriate writ, order and direction:
i) That the respondent may kindly be directed to be
given the notional and other service benefits to the
petitioners from the year 2013 when the junior/less
meritorious to petitioner were accorded appointment in
the year 2013 under the LDC recruitment 2013.
ii) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deemed just
and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case
may also be passed in favour of the petitioners."
2. Heard and considered submissions made by learned counsel
for petitioners.

3. Ms. Anjum Parveen Associate of Mr. Dheeraj Tripathi, AGC
appeared for the respondents.
6. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for
the parties and the order dated 08.08.2025 passed in SB CWP
No.11564/2024 titled as Premchand Mehar and Ors. Vs.
State of Rajasthan and Ors. passed by a Coordinate Bench
of this Court and Nand Kishore and Ors. Vs. State of
Rajasthan and Ors.:- S.B. CWP No.12109/2018, it is
appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in following terms:
(1) The petitioners are at liberty to file representation(s)
with the respondents for redressal of their grievance(s)
within a period of four weeks from today.
(2) The respondents shall pass a reasoned and speaking
order thereon within a period of 12 weeks from the date of
receipt taking into consideration the order/judment of this
Court dated 18.07.2018 passed in the case of Nand
Kishore Sharma (supra) with communication of the
decision to them.
(3) If the petitioners are found eligible and entitled for
grant of notional and other service benefits as paid to the
similarly situated employees, the compliance shall be
made within a period of 8 weeks from the date of taking
the decision.
7. Instant writ petition, with misc. application, if any, stand
disposed of.
