O R D E R
1. Pursuant to our order dated 06.04.2026, it is reported by the
learned counsel for the petitioner-husband that there is a complete
and total compliance of the order passed by this Court on
03.01.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner-husband has handed
over two demand drafts of amounting Rs 5,00,000/- and Rs.
4,00,000/- (total Rs. 9,00,000/-) to learned counsel for the
respondent-wife which is said to have been pending as per
settlement agreement.
2. In view of the settlement, learned counsels for the parties
have requested for quashing of following criminal proceedings;
A. Sessions Case No. 1429 of 2021 arising out of FIR /Crime Case
No. 1155 of 2020 registered with Police Station- Kotwali
Shahar/Nagar, District Bulandsahar under Sections 376,354,323 and
Signature Not Verified

B. FIR No. 465 of 2021 registered with Police Station Bhajanpura,District North-East (Delhi) under Sections 498-A, 406, 354/34 of
IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
3. In view of the compromise and final settlement of all
disputes, we are of the opinion of that this is a fit case for
exercising power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India to
quash the above referred criminal proceedings between the parties.
Ordered accordingly.
4. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the
respective Courts/authorities as mentioned in paragraph nos. 2(A)
to (B) for follow up action.
5. In view of the above, Miscellaneous Application stands
disposed of.
