Job Work
- Handling Section 138 cases N.I Act Cases, Sec. 25 PSS Act cases.
- Knowledge of Arbitration & EP cases.
- Support collection team in recovery matters.
- Litigation management.
- Lok Adalat management.
- Managing panel advocates.
Locations
- Lanka (Assam).
- Bhadrak (Odisha).
- Samastipur (Bihar).
Eligibility
- Experience Minimum: 1 year (Bank/NBFC/Court Practice).
- Qualification: B.A LL.B / BBA LL.B / LL.B / LL.M.
- Age: 24-26 Year.
- Must have own two-wheeler.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle work independently.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
Salary
As per industry standard.
