[1] Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier
proceedings made in previous listing on 17.03.2026, which reads as
follows:

[1] Appellant Respondent Captioned appeal is a statutory
appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 and it is
directed against judgment and decree dated 18.10.2025 in
Matrimonial (Divorce) Suit No. 132 of 2019 on the file of the Family
Court, Imphal West. Divorce sought for by the husband on the
ground of cruelty was negatived vide impugned judgment and
decree and husband is on appeal vide captioned statutory appeal.
[2] It is submitted that the Family Court fell in error in coming
to the conclusion that cruelty had not been proved when there
was adequate material.
