About the Role

This internship will require a student of law to work along with the attorneys of Kyndryl India on a variety of subjects.

• Collaborate with Attorneys: Work closely with attorneys on a variety of legal subjects, gaining hands-on experience in the legal field.
• Conduct Legal Research: Engage in thorough research on case laws, legal papers, codes, and acts. This involves analyzing legal documents and extracting relevant information.
• Prepare Synopses and Reports: Summarize complex legal information into concise synopses and detailed reports, aiding attorneys in their case preparations and legal strategies.
• Assist with Commercial Documents and Contracts: Review and work on commercial documents and contracts, ensuring they meet.

Eligibility

• Education: Currently pursuing an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or its equivalent degree. This ensures the intern has foundational legal knowledge and is in the process of acquiring a formal legal education.
• Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct detailed legal research and analyze legal documents.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal research and document preparation.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members.

Preferred Professional Experience:

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively prepare reports and synopses.
• legal standards and requirements.
